Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the PlanAMeeting Google Workspace add-on ("PlanAMeeting," "the add-on"). By installing or using it, you agree to these terms.

The service

PlanAMeeting is provided free of charge, as a convenience tool for finding open meeting times across a Calendar event's guest list. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the guest list, dates, and other inputs you provide when using the add-on.
• Suggested times are based on free/busy data Google Calendar reports; the add-on flags participants whose availability can't be confirmed, but you're responsible for verifying suggested times before sending them.
• You must comply with Google's own Terms of Service and any applicable Google Workspace policies when using this add-on.

No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlanAMeeting's developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the add-on, including scheduling conflicts or missed meetings resulting from suggested times.

Changes to the service

The add-on may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. These terms may also be updated; the "Last updated" date above will reflect any material change.

Termination

You may stop using PlanAMeeting at any time by uninstalling it from Google Workspace Marketplace and/or revoking its access from your Google Account permissions page.
